Here at Blossom Belle’s we will always do our best to make sure you are in love with your item.
All custom designs will be designed with you every step of the way. If there are things you’d like tweaking and changing that will never be a problem. You will always be able to confirm that you are happy with the final design before your order is completed. This should help to avoid any issues with misspellings etc. Therefore unless there is an issue or fault with your item, unfortunately custom orders are not able to be refunded or returned as this item was made specifically for you. All items go through a quality check before being sent so please rest assured issues and faults with your item should never occur 🤍
One thing that we will always strive to do is make sure that you are happy. With the results, the customer service, the outcome, the packaging, the delivery times, etc etc. You and your items are our main priority so we will always make sure your experience shopping with us is as positive as it can be.
Returns on non personalised items.
If for any reason you aren’t happy with your item after we have passed it through quality checks etc, that is 100% your right. You are able to return it to us, aslong as it is within 14 days, and is in the same condition as it was sent. You will receive a full refund apart from your shipping cost. You will also be responsible for sending the item back to us. If it is after the 14 days we can still offer store credit depending on the situation. We hope that this is never a problem for anybody as we will always do our best to make sure you love your item, but we understand that these things do happen.
